You'll take ownership of complex automotive programs, lead an international project management team, and work directly with some of the world's most recognized automotive brands.📌 Location: Poland, remote (with occasional visits to Toruń)✈️ Travel: UK, Germany and occasional international customer/site visits.🏭 Company: A trusted Tier 1 automotive supplier delivering innovative electronic and illuminated components for premium automotive brands including Volkswagen Group, Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini, McLaren, Ford and Jaguar Land Rover. What will you be doing?➡️ Taking ownership of multiple automotive programs, ensuring successful delivery from RFQ through industrialisation, launch and serial production.➡️ Managing program budgets, timelines, risks and customer expectations while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.➡️ Leading an international Program Management team across Poland, the UK and Mexico, providing coaching, direction and performance support.➡️ Acting as the primary interface between the company, customers and suppliers throughout New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.➡️ Driving APQP and Gateway processes to ensure smooth program execution and successful product launches.➡️ Collaborating closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to resolve program challenges and remove delivery risks.➡️ Building strong relationships with global automotive OEMs while leading customer meetings, project reviews and escalations when required.➡️ Preparing program reports, monitoring KPIs and providing regular updates to senior leadership.

What will help you get the job done?💡8+ years of extensive Program or Project Management experience within the automotive manufacturing industry (Tier 1 experience is essential).💡Proven experience managing automotive launches, New Product Introduction (NPI), and APQP processes.💡Strong understanding of automotive customer requirements and experience working directly with OEMs.💡Previous people management experience, ideally leading remote teams.💡Fluent English and business-level German are essential for day-to-day communication with German automotive customers.💡Strong planning, stakeholder management and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
