Product Expert for Local Consolidation (Group Financial Reporting)

We are looking for a Product Expert who will support the management, maintenance and development of our Group Financial Reporting product, providing a global solution for intercompany reconciliation and local consolidation processes across HEINEKEN Operating Companies. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, bridging business and technology teams, supporting global deployments, driving product improvements and ensuring adoption of global standards and ways of working. Your responsibilities would include: acting as a key point of contact for Central Business Product Team, Central D& T Product Team and deployment teams regarding product design, functionality and deployment-related topicssupporting the implementation and deployment of global solutions based on the HEINEKEN Enterprise Process Model (HEPM)providing expert support in resolving complex business and system-related queries connected with intercompany reconciliation, local consolidation and financial reporting processesperforming initial assessment of change requests, business requirements, enhancement opportunities and improvement ideasleading the development and implementation of new product features and backlog items agreed with the Product Ownercooperating closely with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective system solutionssupporting Product Owner in monitoring product performance and identifying improvement opportunitiesperforming business testing during system upgrades, releases and implementation of new functionalitiesmaintaining and updating product documentation, training materials and knowledge repositoriesdelivering trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions to business stakeholders and key usersdeveloping and coordinating communication materials related to new ways of working, product changes and releasessupporting the key user community and drive product engagement activitiescapturing lessons learned and best practices from deployments and product developments and incorporate them into future improvementscontributing to test automation initiatives and continuous improvement activitiesdeveloping and maintaining deep end-to-end process knowledge in the area of intercompany reconciliation, local consolidation and financial reporting. You are a good candidate if you have: at least 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Product Management, Business Analysis or a similar role within an SSC, GBS or BPO environmentstrong operational experience in Record-to-Report processes, particularly in intercompany reconciliation, financial consolidation and financial reporting

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems or a related fieldend-to-end understanding of finance processes and their supporting technologiesexperience working with global process standards, process documentation and deployment methodologiesexperience in supporting system implementations, product enhancements or transformation initiativesability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutionsexperience with issue analysis, testing activities and user supportstrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsexcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teamsexperience facilitating workshops, trainings and knowledge-sharing sessionsfamiliarity with ERP systems and finance-related technologiesexcellent written and verbal English. You are a perfect match if you also have: experience working with SAP Group Reporting and Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation (ICMR)strong knowledge of consolidation, intercompany and group reporting processesexperience as a Product Expert, Application Expert, Functional Consultant or Business Analyst supporting finance productsknowledge of HEINEKEN RtR Global Standards, HEPM and related accounting policies and proceduresexperience in Agile ways of working and product development methodologiesknowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, PMP, PRINCE2 or P3Mexperience working in international transformation or deployment projects
• HEINEKEN, OpCo or Global Shared Services experienceproven track record in driving process improvements and product adoption initiativesexperience creating communication materials, user engagement campaigns and training programsexperience with test automation solutions, including Toscaability to influence stakeholders and drive change across a global organization.
