Process Engineer - Electrical & Automation

For our partner in the automotive industry, we are looking for Process Engineer - Electrical & Automation to support the execution of international projects related to advanced manufacturing systems.

We are seeking candidates with initial professional experience in automation, control systems, or electrical engineering who are eager to develop their skills in a high-tech industrial environment and collaborate with global engineering teams.

Work mode: On-site/ hybrid - Jawor (Lower Silesia)

Support of automation and electrical engineering solution design for production systems

• Preparation of technical documentation, requirements specifications, and project documentation
• Participation in the development and verification of technical concepts for new projects
• Cooperation with international project teams and external suppliers
• Communication of project progress and alignment of technical solutions with project stakeholders
• Support of the implementation of new tools and digital solutions improving production processes
• Participation in testing, technical acceptance procedures, and system commissioning activities
• Support of process optimization initiatives and development of technical standards
• Analysis of technical issues and proposal of improvement measure
• The right quali­fi­ca­tions:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in industrial automation, control systems, PLC programming, electrical systems design, or related engineering disciplines

Good command of English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in an international environment (minimum B2 level)

Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop technical competencies

• Well-developed communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive and collaborative approach to knowledge sharing and achieving common project goals
• Readiness for occasional business travelNice to Have:
