Principal Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities:

Communicate complex technical decisions effectively to engineers, market leaders, finance, and senior stakeholders by adapting framing without changing facts.

Lead cross-functional engineering, design, security, and market teams while onboarding market stakeholders and establishing clear ways of working.

Challenge ungrounded numbers, business cases, and efficiency claims.

Escalate issues early with clear options and recommendations.

Develop teams and document knowledge, processes, ADRs, technical assessments, product roadmaps, and governance frameworks to avoid single points of failure.

Evaluate and guide headless/composable CMS architecture (code-first and self-hosted), multi-tenant isolation models, and global content modeling/localization.

Oversee design systems (tokens, component libraries), modern frontend delivery (React/TypeScript), cloud hosting, CI/CD, access models, and security assessments.

Set standards using hands-on fluency in agentic coding tools, spec-driven development, and critical evaluation of AI translation models and vendor claims.

Skills:5+ years owning a technical platform product from prototype through production in a regulated or governed environment.

Experience owning and defending business cases while balancing technical investment, business value, risk, cost, and delivery priorities.

Hands-on fluency with agentic coding tools and spec-driven workflows.

Fluent English.

Nice to Have:

Background in telecommunications or multi-market enterprise environments.

Experience decommissioning legacy platforms and introducing agent-first workflows to teams.

Multilingual capabilities.
