Polish Lawyer – Customer Support & Operations

Lysias AI | Fully remote | Part-time or full-time

Lysias AI is a legal technology startup helping lawyers and law firms research case law, analyse legal documents, and draft using AI. As we expand from Greece into Poland, we are looking for someone to support our Polish users and help us grow in the local market.

This is a hands-on role combining legal knowledge, customer support, and business development. You will work directly with our founding and technical teams, helping shape how Lysias AI serves Polish legal professionals.

What you’ll doSupport Polish customers by phone and email, answering questions and helping them use the platform.

Help new users get started and understand how Lysias AI can support their daily work.

Reach out to potential customers, introduce the platform, and follow up on interest.

Report bugs and customer feedback to our technical team, with clear descriptions of the issues users encounter.

Help test improvements and assess whether the platform meets the needs of Polish legal professionals.

Assist with the day-to-day activities of our expansion into Poland.

Who we’re looking for

Someone with a background in Polish law and a good understanding of the Polish legal system. You could be a law graduate, a junior legal professional, or an advanced law student.

Fluent Polish and a good command of English for communicating with our team.

An interest in technology and AI, with the confidence to learn new tools and investigate basic technical issues. Coding skills are not required.

Someone who enjoys speaking with customers and is comfortable taking part in outreach and sales conversations.

Initiative, curiosity, and the willingness to take ownership in a growing startup.

The ability to work independently and communicate reliably in a remote team.
