Performance Marketing Manager

Zakres obowiązków Define and drive the Amazon advertising strategy across key European markets. Lead the cooperation and challenge the digital marketing agency on campaign planning and execution. Coordinate advertising activities with Marketing and other internal stakeholders. Manage campaign budgets and optimize core performance metrics. Coordinate advertising plans with sales teams, inventory and key commercial events. Adapt campaigns to different market conditions across Europe. Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities. Wymagania Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Advertising, digital advertising or e-commerce. Fluent English (written and spoken). Strong knowledge of the Amazon Ads and digital campaign management. Experience managing external media agencies and strategic partners. Manage digital advertising budgets. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience working with cross-functional and international teams. Understanding of European e-commerce markets and local market dynamics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on and results-oriented approach.
