Payroll Specialist

Zakres obowiązków Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in payroll execution Maintain employee data in Workday and local payroll systems Handle payroll interfaces, reporting, and audits Perform data validation checks before payroll runs Manage statutory deductions and compliance requirements Collaborate with HR, finance, and external payroll vendors Support payroll projects, including system upgrades and testing Wymagania 2-5 years of payroll experience (preferably in organisations with 200+ employees) Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes Experience with HR/payroll systems (Workday is a plus) Good knowledge of statutory payroll requirements Fluency in English Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Oferujemy Private medical care, dental package Multisport/myBenefit card Annual bonus Hybrid work model (1-2 days per month in the Wrocław office) Training, mentoring, co-financing for language courses, certifications, and postgraduate studies Life insurance Annual bonus Company stock saving plan Contract type: Fixed-term contract until December 2027.
