OT Security Advisor

The Cybersecurity team is a strategic function within TME’s Digital Hub, helping protect Toyota’s manufacturing, engineering, and operational environments across Europe. Joining this team means contributing to the security and resilience of critical industrial operations, supporting the secure transformation of plants, facilities, and connected operational assets, and working with colleagues from different disciplines and backgrounds to solve meaningful challenges together. The team’s mission is to safeguard operational continuity, reduce cyber risk, and enable secure innovation across both IT and OT environments.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an OT Security Advisor who is motivated to help strengthen cybersecurity across industrial and operational environments. In this role, you will help protect critical OT assets, improve resilience in manufacturing and plant-related systems, and contribute to the secure operation of industrial technologies in a complex enterprise setting.

You will work closely with engineering, plant operations, IT security, and external partners to embed security into OT environments, manage risk pragmatically, and support compliance with relevant industry and regulatory requirements. • Location: Wrocław, Silver Tower Office Center
• Working Pattern: Hybrid 🡺 2 to 3 days per week in the office, in line with the need
• Reporting line: Infrastructure Security manager
• Education level required: Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
