  • Our client is an Israeli sports-tech company combining advanced data engineering, AI/ML and mathematical modelling to build high-performance real-time sports analytics solutions. The company processes large volumes of real-time data across sports including football, basketball, baseball and American football, turning complex data into predictions and actionable insights. Its technology is designed for sports organizations, leagues, broadcasters and other data-driven businesses. The company is now establishing a new R& D site in Kraków and is looking for people who want to help build the local organization and workplace from the very beginning.

The RoleAs an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the new Kraków office and play an important role in creating a positive workplace experience. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner, supporting employee engagement, well-being and company culture initiatives. The role combines office administration, supplier and expense management, internal tools and employee onboarding. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, organizing things and building processes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Support the HR Business Partner with employee well-being and culture initiatives, including company events, happy hours, holidays and employee gifts.

Take ownership of daily office operations, including equipment, kitchen supplies, food and general workspace organization.

Manage invoices, expenses and basic administrative processes.

Coordinate with local suppliers, including orders, pricing and ongoing relationships.

Manage internal office tools and systems, including Google Workspace, attendance tracking and other applications.

Support employee onboarding by preparing workspaces and helping new joiners settle into the office.

Welcome guests, candidates, suppliers and other visitors, acting as a friendly first point of contact.

Identify opportunities to improve office processes and employee experience.

What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience as an Office Assistant, Office Manager or in office administration.

Experience in a startup, technology or fast-growing environment is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

A proactive, self-starting mindset and willingness to take ownership without waiting for detailed instructions.

Comfortable handling invoices, expenses and basic administrative tracking.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in creating a positive workplace.

Full professional proficiency in Polish and English.

Proven experience setting up a new office or site from scratch would be a significant advantage.

What We Offer

Salary budget: 9,000–10,000 PLN.

Opportunity to join a new Polish R& D site at an early stage and help build the office from the ground up.

Close cooperation with the HR Business Partner and the international team.

Initially remote work, followed by a hybrid model with 3 days per week from the Kraków office once the office is ready.
