Native English Speaker – Preschool Teacher

Akademia Młodych Talentów, a private bilingual preschool located in Warsaw (Mokotów district), is looking for a Native English Speaker to join our team.

Start date: August or September 2026

Responsibilities

• communicating with children in English throughout the day,
• planning and leading educational activities in English,
• supporting children's language, social and emotional development,
• working closely with the Polish lead teacher,
• participating in music, art and outdoor activities,
• taking part in preschool events, performances and educational trips,
• helping to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.

Requirements

• Native English speaker,
• teaching qualifications that allow you to work as a preschool teacher,
• previous experience working in a preschool or kindergarten,
• pedagogical training,
• excellent communication and teamwork skills,
• creativity, responsibility and a positive attitude,
• legal right to work in Poland (or the possibility of obtaining the required documents).
