- Professionalize structures, responsibilities and leadership processes, while developing a strong and accountable second management level.
- Expand automation and optimize manufacturing concepts, material flows and processes, fully leveraging recent investments in modern production technology.
- Lead production, technology and value-chain transfers from Germany to Bulgaria, including industrialization, ramp-up and structured know-how transfer.
- Further develop planning, supply chain, procurement, quality, maintenance and internal logistics, preparing the site for sustainable growth.
Your Profile:

- Experience in change, industrialization, transfer and ramp-up processes; exposure to automation and productivity programs is highly advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and implementation-driven leadership style; fluent Bulgarian and strong English, with German considered an advantage.
Your Perspective:
- Entrepreneurial responsibility with substantial freedom to shape a strategically important manufacturing site.
- Clear growth ambitions backed by a committed ownership structure and willingness to invest further.
