M365/Exchange Engineer (3rd line)

About the jobAs a MS Exchange Engineer you will join team of engineers that are supporting multiple clients. You will be providing responsive, professional and competent technical support and maintenance for the enterprise messaging environments based on a variety of products such as M365, Azure components and on-premises software. You will have a chance to work on the most up-to-date technologies and develop yourself further in the Remote Infrastructure Department. Who are we looking for?

Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange (Exchange Online and/or on-premises environments).

Working knowledge of PowerShell and the ability to understand and modify scripts.

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Understanding of modern identity and access management concepts, including MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access.

Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.

Ability to prioritise work effectively in dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Passion for learning new technologies and improving services.

Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management tools is added advantage.

What’s the role about?

Administration and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Viva Engage.

Managing Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), including Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access, and identity synchronisation.

Maintenance and support hybrid and on-premises Exchange environments (Exchange SE).

Implementation service requests, changes, and platform improvements.

Troubleshooting and resolving incidents while meeting agreed service levels.

Investigating technical issues and providing effective solutions for enterprise customers.

Following operational best practices and continuously identifing opportunities to improve processes and services.

Collaboration with internal teams and customer stakeholders to maintain high-quality service experience.
