Your responsibilities

  • Partner with Group Security Governance, Regional Security Officers, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, quality, and effectiveness of information security, operational resilience, and physical security controls.
  • Support the implementation of the AXA Partners Group Security Strategy and ensure security considerations are embedded into business processes.
  • Provide expert guidance to local entities on security policies, controls, shared services, and security improvement initiatives.
  • Identify, assess, and manage security risks, recommending mitigation measures and ensuring compliance with Group requirements and regulations.
  • Drive security governance and accountability by supporting security ownership, personnel security requirements, and security awareness initiatives.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities, including security audits, compliance monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and best-practice sharing.
  • Monitor, manage, and escalate security incidents while ensuring appropriate reporting, assurance, and auditability.
  • Prepare reports and present security matters to local, regional, and global governance committees.
  • Foster a strong security culture and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across AXA Partners.

Our requirements

  • Experience in information security, IT risk management, security auditing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of information security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR, NIST, or SANS CSC.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, ISACA, or SANS/GIAC are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a risk-based mindset.
  • Experience in security awareness, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic international environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
  • Fluent English (C1 level) and fluent Czech or Polish language skills are required. German language skills are a plus.
  • A degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
