Your responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining reliable, scalable systems.
• Developing software using Python or Go.
• Integrating new features into an existing codebase.

• Collaborating with QA and contributing to the growth of the engineering team.
• Supporting junior and mid-level engineers as the team grows.
• Effectively leveraging AI tools in the software development process while maintaining strong quality control.

Our requirements

• Several years of commercial software development experience with Python or Go.
• Experience building complex, reliable, and mission-critical systems.
• A proven track record of contributing to challenging technology projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent technical decisions.
• A high level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability.
• Experience working with existing codebases and extending established solutions.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and deepen domain knowledge.

Optional

• Experience with both Python and Go.
• Knowledge of networking, network infrastructure, or distributed systems.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, aviation, or other technically demanding domains.
• Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership.
• Practical experience using AI in software development.
