Junior Settlement Specialist with French – FDS Team

JUNIOR SETTLEMENT SPECIALIST WITH FRENCH – FUNDS DEALING SERVICE TEAM ABOUT THE JOBWe are looking for a Junior Settlement Specialist to join our Funds Dealing Service Team. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of daily transactions, playing a key part in maintaining our high service standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to build a career within the funds industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process daily transactions to deliver required services in accordance with SLA requirements
• Perform daily activities to ensure the process is delivered within established procedures
• Escalate any system or process issues to ensure immediate actions are taken by management
• Propose process enhancements to ensure the proper delivery of FDS targets
• Collaborate closely with team members and business partners to provide excellent customer service
• PROFILE & SKILLS
• Prior experience in Funds Industry would be an advantage
• English and French on advanced level (B2/C1) is a must
• Bachelor or above (field of study: finance, banking, accounting, investment)

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)

Attention to detail and accuracy

Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
