About the role

As a Junior Project Controller, you'll support our Project Managers in monitoring the financial and operational performance of international wind turbine installation projects.

Working closely with experienced colleagues, you'll learn how project budgets are built, how costs are monitored and how project performance is analyzed. You'll gradually take ownership of reporting, forecasting and financial tracking while gaining hands-on experience in project controlling.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, likes understanding how projects perform and wants to develop a career in project controlling. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who will support you as you build your skills in project controlling and the wind energy industry.

Your responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in monitoring project budgets and costs
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports
• Assist with budget updates and project forecasts
• Compare planned vs actual project costs
• Help analyze project performance and identify deviations
• Support invoicing and project financial reconciliation
• Ensure project data is accurate and up to date
• Work closely with Finance, Operations and Project Management
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is analytical, curious and eager to learn.

Ideally, you have:

• Good Excel skills
• A degree (or you're finishing your studies) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• Good command of English (B2 or above)
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to have

• First experience in finance, controlling, reporting or project support
• Experience working with ERP systems or Power BI
