Junior IT Business Analyst

Start Date: Within 1 Month / FlexibleWe are looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst to support a project focused on mapping contracts to IT applications, services, and infrastructure components. This role is ideal for professionals with 1-2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project support who would like to further develop their analytical, data management, and stakeholder coordination skills within a complex IT environment.

Responsibilities:

Support contract-to-IT application and infrastructure mapping activities.

Collect, maintain, and analyze data in Excel-based trackers and inventories.

Assist with stakeholder meetings, workshops, and documentation.

Validate data quality and identify gaps or inconsistencies.

Prepare reports, summaries, and project documentation.

Expectations:1-2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, project support, or a similar role.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Strong Excel skills, including filters, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Basic understanding of IT applications, infrastructure, and technology environments.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Experience working with large datasets will be an advantage.

Exposure to IT asset management, vendor management, procurement, or contract management is a plus.

Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is welcome.

Knowledge of Power BI, DORA, operational resilience, or regulatory projects is beneficial.
