Junior HR Operations Analyst - Dutch

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting employees and managers with HR-related processes and inquiries
• Managing requests and questions through a ticketing system
• Delivering high-quality customer service in Dutch and English
• Executing HR and administrative processes in line with established procedures
• Maintaining and updating documentation and employee data in systems
• Collaborating with teams and stakeholders across multiple countries

What we are looking for:

• Good command of Dutch and English (minimum B2 level)
• Valid right to work and reside in Poland. Candidates requiring sponsorship cannot be considered for this position.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
