IT Support Engineer - Microsoft Technologies

We are looking for a IT Technical Support Engineer with some experience in IT support, helpdesk, service desk, or application support.

Your responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, Exchange or Security solutions

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across cloud, endpoint, server and network environments
• Analyze logs and diagnose incidents
• Support onboarding, deployment and configuration of Microsoft technologies
• Communicate technical solutions and recommendations
• Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues
• Requirements description:1+ year of experience in Technical Support, Systems Administration or Network/Security Engineering
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange or Microsoft Security technologies
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience with Windows Server / Windows Client
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skillsGood spoken and written English
• Customer-facing support experience
• Willingness to work 5 days/week onsite in KrakówNice to have:
