IT Service Desk Agent with Italian

What we’re looking for

• You speak Italian and English at C1 level
• You enjoy helping people and putting customers first
• You’re a good communicator and like working as part of a team — because, let’s be honest, teamwork makes the dream work!
• You’ve worked with a ticketing tool before (not mandatory)
• You’re happy to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM and rarely on weekends, from our office in Wrocław
• Got some IT support experience? Great! It’s definitely a plus, but don’t worry if you’re still building your experience.

What will you be doing?

Your main job will be helping end-users with their IT issues and making sure they get the support they need.

You’ll:

• Provide L1 IT support via phone and email
• Connect remotely with users, figure out what’s going wrong and help them get back up and running
• Pass more complicated issues on to the right team when needed
• Handle incidents and service requests and keep everything properly documented
• Keep your tickets up to date and make sure customer information is accurate
• Get to know our products, services and support processes so you can give customers the right answers
