IT Operations Engineer

• You will be involved in a financial project focused on production operations, application support, incident and problem management, and ensuring the stability and reliability of production environments. Responsibilities you'll haveOwn the incident and RCA process, from issue detection through resolution to preventive actions
• Monitor production services, identify anomalies, and respond to potential issues
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related tools
• Ensure Pre-Production and Production environments remain stable and aligned
• Create and maintain runbooks, operational procedures, and knowledge documentation
• Collaborate with development and platform teams to troubleshoot issues and improve operational processes
• Identify recurring issues and implement automation to reduce manual effort
• Improve observability through dashboards, alerts, and log analysis
• Support service continuity initiatives and disaster recovery exercises Expected competences and knowledge5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support (2nd/3rd line), or a similar production-facing roleProven experience in end-to-end incident management, including RCA and preventive actions2+ years of experience working within an ITIL framework
• Experience working in Agile environments with development teamsC1 level of English
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Splunk, Sysdig, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Operational experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Docker Compose
• Strong Ansible skills
• Basic Bash and Python scripting skills
• Experience with Oracle and DB2 databases
• Working knowledge of ETL applications and REST AP
• IsExperience with distributed systems and KafkaJava/development background for understanding solutions and integrations
