Industry X – Engineering Platform Integration & Agile Product Implementation Analyst/Consultant (GN)

Your responsibilities

• As an Engineering Platform Integration & Agile Product Implementation Analyst/Consultant you will:
• Strategically drive end-to-end project management, ensuring seamless platform integration and alignment of product strategies with business and engineering goals.
• Lead scalable deployment initiatives, including data management, testing frameworks, cutover activities, and delivery cadences across large-scale engineering systems.
• Design and implement sophisticated system architectures that support enterprise-scale platform scalability, performance optimization, and measurable business impact.
• Leverage Generative AI and Edge Computing technologies to enhance product integration and streamline engineering workflows.
• Manage risk tracking, dependency management, and quality assurance processes to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Develop actionable insights from complex datasets to drive platform engineering and adoption strategies.
• Ensure seamless ERP/CRM integration across critical business processes using solutions like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, ServiceNow, and MS Dynamics.
• Facilitate collaboration across diverse stakeholders, including C-Level executives, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to foster alignment and deliver project value.
• Oversee the development of dashboards and automated monitoring tools for platform performance and proactive issue resolution.

Our requirements

• 3+ years (Analyst) / 5+ years (Consultant) of experience in large-scale project management, system integration, scalable deployment, and Agile execution.
• Expertise in delivering complex engineering projects within manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or similar enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead integration of emerging technologies, such as GenAI, Edge Computing, and cloud platforms.
• Deep proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD) and hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
• Experience in ERP/CRM implementation and integration tailored to engineering and business processes.
• Key Skills:
• Strategic leadership in project governance and management of scalable architectures.
• Expertise in platform integration, aligning engineering systems with product strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Generative AI for insights-driven project and platform optimization.
• Strong communication skills for C-Level stakeholder collaboration and cross-capability alignment.
• Proven ability to manage delivery cadences, including sprints, PI planning, and dependency tracking.
• Robust technical knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, MS Dynamic, ServiceNow) and integration solutions.
• Exceptional analytical skills to enhance platform engineering performance and decision-making.
• Thorough understanding of quality assurance frameworks and cutover processes for smooth system transitions.
• Practical expertise in Agile frameworks and team collaboration tools.
• Preferred Certifications
• Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, PMP).
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, ServiceNow, MS Dynamics).
• Languages
• Mandatory: English communication (written & spoken).
• Optional: Proficiency in German, Spanish, or French is an advantage
