Implementation Consultant (Regulatory Reporting)

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an Implementation Consultant (Regulatory Reporting) for a full-time position (40 hours/week), based in Europe. You will report to the project lead, play a critical role in delivering regulatory reporting solutions, enhancing client experiences, and enabling global growth. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.2+ years of experience delivering FinTech or regulatory reporting solutions, with hands-on experience implementing AxiomSL, WKFS, Moody’s, or Regnology products.

Background working in banking or financial services with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Strong ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

IT-related background gained through formal education or hands-on experience.

Experience coordinating delivery activities or leading cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with financial regulations across European markets.

Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of regulatory reporting implementation projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.

Coordinate planning, priorities, and progress across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.

Partner with project managers and delivery teams to define scope, manage timelines, and drive execution.

Adapt delivery plans in response to evolving regulations, resource changes, or client requirements.

Improve delivery quality through regulatory expertise, client feedback, and continuous process improvement.
