About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire user access lifecycle, including onboarding, modifications, and offboarding, across multiple enterprise systems.
  • Provision and revoke user access rights in accordance with organizational policies and security standards.
  • Enforce the principle of least privilege and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure users have appropriate system permissions.
  • Administer and maintain IAM tools, responding promptly to access requests and troubleshooting user issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support security audits, regulatory compliance checks, and remediation activities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to access-related incidents, proactively mitigating risks and escalating as necessary.
  • Document processes, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to policy development for access management.

Our requirements

  • Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies (such as SailPoint, Okta, or similar platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of access control mechanisms, security awareness, and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Identity and Access Management or IT Security.
  • Italian (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Optional

  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, CISA, CISM, or IAM-specific credentials (e.g., Certified Identity and Access Manager) are highly desirable.
  • Experience working within multinational or large enterprise environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
