HR Operations Specialist (European Languages) (m/k)

Zakres obowiązków Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries. Provide support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, benefits, leave, and HR administration. Manage and resolve cases through HR systems and ticketing tools. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Ensure high service quality and compliance with HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal experts to resolve complex issues. Communicate HR process and policy updates. Identify opportunities for process and knowledge-based improvements. Wymagania Experience in HR administration, HR operations, shared services, or customer support. Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (minimum C1 level). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving approach. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience with HR systems and ticketing tools is an advantage. Good organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of HR processes and the employee lifecycle is preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
