Head of Production Plants (m/f)

Overall performance, costs, quality, and delivery capability of all production plants, P& L responsibility for multiple international production sites, Development and implementation of the production strategy in alignment with the corporate strategy, Preparation and active participation in site planning, Budget and investment planning to ensure long-term competitiveness, Ensuring efficiency, productivity, OEE, and material utilization, Disciplinary and technical leadership of plant managers, Further development of a high-performance leadership culture, Talent development and succession planning for key positions in the plants, Promotion of a strong safety, quality, and continuous culture improvement, Representation of the production plants for executive management, management, and customers.. Business-level proficiency in German and English, A degree in engineering or a comparable qualification, Several years of leadership experience in the automotive industry, Experience as a plant manager or in a comparable role with overall responsibility, A proven track record in increasing productivity, improving efficiency, and optimizing costs, In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellence, Intercultural competence and experience in an international production environment, Strategic thinking combined with strong operational implementation skills, Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills, Additional language skills, such as Czech, Slovak, Polish, or Spanish
