Head of CRM Application Development (m/f/d)

This role puts you at the heart of SEB Kort Group’s transformation into Europe’s leading corporate payment platform. You’ll lead a cross-border CRM engineering team, shape future CRM capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and drive strategic direction together with the Channels & CRM Engineering leadership team.

• Lead the CRM Application Development team across Sweden and Germany
• Drive strategic direction, innovation, and development of CRM capabilities for the team
• Lead, coach and empower developers and business experts to grow and succeed
• Ensure stable IT asset ownership, lifecycle, risk and budget management
• Promote efficient processes, continuous improvement and modern engineering practices while creating a collaborative and trusting atmosphere
• Align with agile teams and engage stakeholders across markets to support shared priorities and effective delivery

Deine Qualifikation / Your qualifications

• Experience in leading people, formally or informally, with strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Ability to lead through change, ambiguity and cross-border collaboration
• Solid technical understanding and a strong business mindset
• Experience with CRM applications; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across organizational and cultural boundaries
• Fluent in English; Swedish or German is a plus
