Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain workflow automation and business applications using the Decisions platform.
• Analyze business requirements and propose scalable technical solutions.
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems and external services.
• Develop advanced workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure solution quality through testing, validation, and peer reviews.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and optimize processes.
• Support junior team members and share technical knowledge within the team.
• Identify and drive opportunities for automation and platform improvements.
• Contribute to platform governance, best practices, and solution architecture.
• Provide support to Enterprise Business Solutions team.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in application development, workflow automation, or low-code platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
• Understanding of application architecture and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in workflow automation and business process design.
• Knowledge of web technologies and client-server architecture.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex solutions.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Decisions experience is a strong advantage).
• Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts (OAuth, SSO, API security).
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms and business applications.
• SAP knowledge and experience in SAP related projects will be an asset.
