As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to complex transformation engagements, develop client-ready solutions, and build the skills required to become a trusted adviser to finance leaders.

3. Participate in Finance Transformation projects for Polish and international clients.
4. Assess finance functions, processes, operating models, technology landscapes, and data capabilities.
5. Identify business, regulatory, organizational, and technology drivers for transformation.
6. Support the design of Finance Target Operating Models, governance structures, roles, and capabilities.
7. Redesign end-to-end finance processes across areas such as R2R, FP& A, controlling, consolidation, management reporting, P2P, and O2C.
8. Conduct maturity assessments, process diagnostics, benchmarking, interviews, and workshops.
9. Translate assessment findings into future-state concepts, recommendations, and transformation roadmaps.
10. Support ERP, EPM, reporting, automation, and digital finance initiatives from a finance-business perspective.
11. Define requirements, business cases, implementation plans, KPIs, and expected benefits.
12. Prepare high-quality analyses, client presentations, and executive-level materials.
13. Collaborate with finance, data, technology, regulatory, and change-management specialists.
14. Contribute to proposals, market initiatives, and the development of our Finance Transformation offering.
