About the role

The Commercial Domain Architect is responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end architecture across Haleon’s Commercial domain, including Sales, Marketing, Trade Promotion, Customer Engagement, E-commerce and Commercial Analytics.

Working closely with business and D& T stakeholders, the role ensures technology investments support commercial growth, customer experience and operational efficiency. The Commercial Domain Architect partners with Salesforce, ERP and other Domain Architects to drive standardisation, simplify the technology landscape and deliver scalable, enterprise-wide solutions.
