Zakres obowiązków Develop and execute business development and sales strategies in line with corporate objectives Identify new business opportunities, target customers, strategic partners, and market segments Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support executive decision-making Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and business partners Lead commercial activities, including bid management, negotiations, and contract finalization Define sales objectives and monitor business performance against targets Support the development of new products and services based on customer and market needs Prepare business, financial, and strategic reports for senior management and headquarters Evaluate business initiatives, investment opportunities, and ROI Lead and develop the sales team while managing key customer relationships Wymagania Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy, business development, or sales within a leading defence organization with a comparable portfolio of products and services.
