Your responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to our premium clients, ensuring their journeys are comfortable.
• Assist partners in selecting flights, products, and the proper payment methods and taxation codes.
• Navigate the world of airline fares, selecting layovers and destinations in accordance to client budget and needs.
• Understand customer needs and solve their travel issues with empathy and care.
• Build unbreakable relationships with your customers by becoming their guide on the journey.
• Troubleshoot AMADEUS code and ensure reservations are made correctly and verified

Our requirements:

• Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2 level)
• Naturally helpful, with the enthusiasm and a professional demeanor.
• Active listener who communicates without problems.
• Attention to detail with high troubleshooting skills.
• Highly organized with an ability to multi-task
