Customer Support Assistant

FlyFlex is a fast growing, dynamic and innovative travel agency with headquarters in Sweden. We focus on offering online solutions for flights at the best possible value for our customers. We have a professional and fun customer service team and are now looking to expand further. We are seeking personnel to work with us in our office in Poznan, Poland., Through some recent hires we are looking to expand in our current markets as well as new markets. Flyflex is not a typical call enter, phone calls is a very small part of the daily job. We are mostly assisting our customers via mail and working in the background in systems such as SABRE and Farelogix., FlyFlex is part of AOB Travel Sweden, and other brands include flygcity.se, flysmarter.dk, flysmarter.no, flysmarter.nl, flysmarter.fi, flysmarter.pl and flysmarter.de. We operate using the Global Distribution System, SABRE and also Farelogix.
