Стислий виклад підготував ШІ на основі тексту оголошення.

Sales signs the contract. Everything that happens next is yours.

For 15 years we have been building B2B events for the e-commerce industry - including E-commerce Berlin Expo, one of Germany's most recognized e-commerce events, with 300+ exhibitors across 15,000 m². From our Poznań office we run year-round operations for the whole portfolio.

We are expanding into a new European market, and this role owns the exhibitor relationship there from the signature to the closing of the show - and then to the moment they book the next edition. In our business that last part is not a nice-to-have. Returning exhibitors are the model.

About usLocation: Poznań (hybrid after the onboarding process)

Team: 18–23 people

Global B2B Events & Marketing Solutions (Trade Fairs & Lead Generation Events)

Works with: Business Development, Marketing, Operations and our venue partners

Start: October / November 2026Own the exhibitor journey

Take over the exhibitor the moment the contract is signed, and stay with them until the show closes.

Run onboarding: paperwork, booth specification, technical requirements, logistics, marketing materials, deadlines - everything the exhibitor needs to deliver, and usually delivers late.

Be the single point of contact. An exhibitor should never have to work out who to ask.

Keep exhibitor data and deadlines in our systems, not in someone's inbox. Trade shows have exactly one date and it does not move.

Grow the baseUpsell across the offering: more space, sponsorship packages, speaking slots, masterclasses, booth build. You hold the relationship, so you see the opening before anyone else.

Own retention - bring exhibitors back for the next edition, you’re the last touch point they’ll remember after the event.

Feedback to sales and marketing what exhibitors are actually asking for. You will hear it months before anyone else does.

Be there on the day

This is the moment where you can actually meet “your” exhibitors - keep the relation, help them on site if needed!

What you bringexperience in customer success, account management, client service or event coordination in a B2B setting.

Demonstrated ability to hold many parallel threads without dropping one. This job is a hundred small commitments kept on time.

German and English at least B2. A significant share of our exhibitors are German-speaking, and when something breaks on the show floor they will not switch to English. You will not negotiate contracts in German, but you need to work in it comfortably.

Polish is welcome, but not required.

Calm under event-time pressure and comfortable saying no to a request that would break something else.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a trade fair, conference or event organizer
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem
  • Upsell or renewals against a target
  • What we offer
  • Employment contract or B2B - your choice.

A well known function in the organization, but with a fresh new start: you can co-design how exhibitor service works here rather than inheriting a process 1:1.

Direct influence on the product. What you learn from exhibitors changes what we sell next year.

Hybrid model with flexible hours - most of us start between 8:00 and 9:30.

A team small enough that your work is visible, large enough that you are not carrying it alone.

Interested? Apply and tell us how we can work on customer success together!

One more thing: put the word Compass in the first line of your application. It tells us you read all the way to the end - that is the only thing it tests, and it takes you three seconds :)
