We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment..

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.📌 Tasks:- Provide technical support to equipment users.- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.- Providing information on products and their functionality.💎 Our requirements:- Fluency in Swedish.- Very good command of English.- Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).- Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.- Preferred availability of around 120 hours per month; Project operates within hours Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00, with scheduling depending on your availability.🤝 What we offer:- Civil contract with a rate of PLN: on-site mode: 58,00 gross/h or full remote mode: 53,00 gross/h .- Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.- If you choose the on-site mode: the possibility of switching to hybrid work after gaining independence, and good performance.
