We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/RTV equipment.

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

Tasks: 📌- Providing technical support to equipment users via incoming calls.- Diagnosing and resolving technical problems.- Providing information on products and their functionality.- Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements: 💎- Fluency in Danish (B2/C1).- Excellent command of English (B1/B2).- Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).- Communicative, willingness to learn.- Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.- Preferred availability of around 120 hours per month; Project operates within hours Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00, with scheduling depending on your availability.

What we offer: 🤝- Civil contract with a rate of PLN 60,00 gross/h.- Bonus system: after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.- The possibility of arranging a convenient collaboration schedule.- Access to the MyBenefit platform, where you can exchange the points you receive each month for a sports card, private medical care, shopping codes, cinema tickets, and much more.- How do we understand hybrid mode?

The possibility of switching to hybrid mode after 2 months from the office - after training and the first month of independent work with good performance.
