Customer Service Specialist with German (m/k)

Responsibilities:

Daily contact with business clients in German (e-mail, chat and phone)

Managing the end-to-end order processing cycle for business clients

• Handling returns and complaints in line with company procedures
• Resolving order-related issues and ensuring timely deliveries
• Working closely with internal departments Preparing reports and analyses related to order management
• Cooperating with the team to optimize order management processes
• Requirements:

Very good command of German - min. B2/C1Communicative English - min. B2Experience in customer service and/ or order management

• Accuracy, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in an international work environment

Full-time employment based on an employment contract

Hybrid work model (modern office located in Mokotów, Warsaw)

Standard office hours (Monday–Friday)
