We are always guided by our motto “quality at the highest level with fair prices”. Due to our continued growth into the UK-Market, we are looking for employees (immediate start) for the role of UK Customer Service Executive (Native Speaker).

Your tasks

Be the first point of contact for our customers
Advise on our entire product range (No cold calling!)
Process customer inquiries in alternating shifts
Document customer data and provide customer support over the phone

Your profile

You have recently lived in the UK for an extended period of time and understand how the Brits tick? Wonderful.

In addition to that you...

Speak British English fluently (ideally your mother tongue) and German (min. A2)
Are a natural communicator and are comfortable using computers (esp. Office applications)
Are happy to work different shifts (including some weekends)
Are flexible and enjoy working in a team and
Have a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
Have a valid work permit for Austria
