Customer Advisor with Norwegian for SAS Airlines (F/M)

Your responsibilities:

Provide assistance to our premium clients, ensuring their journeys are comfortable.

Assist partners in selecting flights, products, and the proper payment methods and taxation codes .

Navigate the world of airline fares, selecting layovers and destinations in accordance to client budget and needs.

Understand customer needs and solve their travel issues with empathy and care.

Build unbreakable relationships with your customers by becoming their guide on the journey.

Troubleshoot AMADEUS code and ensure reservations are made correctly and verified.

Our requirements:

Fluent in: Norwegian (C1) and English (B2 level)

Naturally helpful, with the enthusiasm and a professional demeanor.

Active listener who communicates without problems.

Attention to detail with high troubleshooting skills.
