💡 We are looking for an experienced CTO Architect to join an international project for a leading global financial services organization.
📍Location: Krakow, Poland Work model: Hybrid — 3 days per week from the Krakow office Contract: B2B
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience: 8+ years
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant experience within the required technology domain
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with relevant technologies, tools, and platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of security, scalability, and performance best practices
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Azure, AWS, or GCP
- DevOps and CI/CD
- AI/ML or Data Analytics exposure
- Solution Architecture experience
- Technical leadership experience
- ITIL knowledge
- Experience working in global teams
- Relevant industry certifications
