Controlling and Planning Specialist (Hybrid)

Your responsibilities

• Performing monthly closing activities, including accruals and provisions calculations, intercompany reconciliations, and related journal entries
• Preparing financial reporting packages, including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Driving and facilitating financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to support business objectives
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Supporting the execution of internal controls related to project, revenue recognition, evidence management (agreement, Purchase order, etc.)

Reporting weekly/monthly regular report (Internal, HQ, RHQ report)

Analyzing financial and operational data to provide meaningful insights and support management decision-making

• Collaborating with Business Division Controllers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement corrective actions
• Work on continuous improvement of the reports and processes
• Supporting ad hoc financial analyses, reporting requests, and business initiatives to meet operational and strategic requirements. Our requirements
• You have 3–5 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Reporting, working as a Financial Controller or FP& A Analyst
• You are highly skilled in Business Intelligence tools and possess enhanced knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, VBA (nice to have)

You are passionate about analytical thinking, attention to detail, process improvement, and effective communication in cross-functional teams

• Degree in Finance and Accounting, Controlling or Business Administration
• You are at ease communicating in English. What we offer
