Construction Project Specialist

Temu is seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Specialist to join our team. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for talented individuals committed to helping us achieve our goals. Responsibilities:

• Assist in warehouse renovation and fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and local standards.
• Serve as a communication bridge between landlords, local contractors, and internal teams to track progress.
• Support permit applications, documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Maintain project schedules, meeting notes, action logs, and administrative records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
• 2–4 years of project coordination or facility engineering experience.
• Good knowledge of construction codes and engineering terminology.
• Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).
