Clinical Study Associate

For our client - a leader in the clinical research sector offering innovative solutions in international medical research - we are seeking individuals with medical experience to join a pilot project supporting a clinical studies. The project will involve patient support and assistance to medical centers.

Location: Remote work (with initial training at the office) Project Start: September 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls as part of the clinical study.
• Supporting research sites (Site Support).
• Contact with patients and study participants.
• Working in accordance with medical and quality procedures.
• Documenting activities in the client's systems.

Key Requirements

• Medical education or experience (preferred: nurses, paramedics, doctors, or other medical professionals).
• Required: native-level proficiency in English and at least B2/C1 proficiency in one of the following languages: Dutch, Danish, Hebrew, Greek, French.
• Experience working with patients or in a medical environment.
• Experience in clinical research or medical projects, including GCP.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, electronic data capture, patient privacy protection, and EHR (electronic health records).
