About the project

Your responsibilities

• Lead a complex program consisting of multiple interdependent projects and workstreams.
• Translate business strategy into a clear roadmap, priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate global business teams, IT, external vendors and senior stakeholders.
• Manage program governance, dependencies, risks, KPIs and SteerCo communication.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the organization.
• Combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Our requirements

• 7+ years of project and program management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex business transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management in global, matrix organizations.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty, changing priorities and complex dependencies.
• Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience in Customer Service, Field Service, Service Operations or Contact Centers.
• AI, automation or regulated-industry experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English.
