Craftware is a technology company of over 500 experts, empowering large organizations to solve complex business challenges with modern IT solutions - from sales systems and automation to data platforms and AI. We operate where technology must be reliable, secure, and scalable. We deliver end-to-end projects: from analysis and architecture through implementation to development and maintenance. We are a trusted partner of industry leaders such as Salesforce, Veeva, UiPath, and Databricks.

Model: remote

Engagement: full-time

About the role:

Craftware's Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) unit helps pharma, biotech, medtech and life science tools companies get more out of their commercial, medical and patient-facing operations. We do it with Salesforce, Life Sciences Cloud, data and AI. As a New Business Developer you will open doors to new HLS logos. You will build relationships with decision-makers in Commercial Excellence, Medical Affairs, IT and Digital, and turn them into long-term partnerships. You will be the first face of Craftware HLS for new clients, so the way you show up reflects our expertise, our values and our delivery quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and open new business opportunities with pharma, biotech, medtech and life science companies.
  • Build and run a pipeline of target accounts: research org structures, map stakeholders (Commercial Excellence, CRM/Omnichannel, Medical Affairs, Market Access, IT) and spot triggers like CRM re-platforming (e.g. Veeva → Salesforce), launches, M& A and digital transformation programs.
  • Run outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, events and referrals, AI tools and book first meetings for the HLS leadership and solution teams.
  • Understand client's business context (field force effectiveness, omnichannel engagement, KAM, medical/MSL processes, patient services, compliance such as GxP, GDPR and data privacy) and translate it into a relevant Craftware value proposition.
  • Work with HLS solution architects and delivery leads to shape tailored offers, discovery workshops, PoCs and proposals.
  • Prepare and present pitches, proposals and commercial offers, and support negotiations through to contract.
  • Work with Account Managers to hand over won clients smoothly and grow them into strategic accounts with Account Plans.
  • Work with the HLS marketing team on campaigns, content, webinars and events that build Craftware's visibility in the Life Sciences community.
  • Represent Craftware at industry events, conferences and Salesforce ecosystem events.
  • Bring market, competitor and client insights back to HLS leadership to shape our offering and go-to-market.
  • Work with our Delivery team to match the right experts to client needs, including staff augmentation and team extension opportunities.
  • Hit and exceed new business targets: pipeline, meetings, new logos and revenue. Keep the CRM (Salesforce) up to date and accurate.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in new business development or B2B sales of IT services or consulting, ideally selling to Life Sciences or Healthcare.
  • Understanding of how pharma and medtech companies work commercially (field force, KAM, omnichannel, medical affairs). CRM, Salesforce or Veeva experience is a strong plus.
  • A proven track record of opening new logos and building pipeline from scratch.
  • Confidence talking to senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level) and running a consultative, value-based sales process.
  • Fluent English.
  • A self-starter, hunter mindset with structure, persistence and the ability to manage a long, complex sales cycle.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Nice to have

  • An existing network in pharma, biotech or medtech.
  • Experience in the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory aspects of Life Sciences (GxP, CSV, GDPR, HCP engagement rules).

We offer:

  • B2B contract (100-130 PLN net/h + VAT) + bonus system
  • Budget for skills development and certifications as part of the collaboration
  • Regular collaboration reviews and discussion of project scope
  • Additional benefits available as part of the collaboration
  • Networking and team-building events for project teams
