We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Manufacturing) to join Pharma Global Technical Operations in support of our Enterprise Recipe Management initiative. This role is pivotal in identifying high-value business opportunities and pre-assessing their feasibility and size to build robust business cases. The successful candidate will serve as a Pharma Manufacturing Domain Expert interviewing stakeholders, understanding cross-system business processes, designing improvement opportunities, documenting detailed EPICS, User Stories and help delivering them with the project team. This is a highly collaborative role that requires balancing the needs of business stakeholders with the capabilities of technical teams.

timezone: CET or NALA time zone (must be available during 3–7 PM CET “golden hours” for collaboration between EU and US teams)
