Twój zakres obowiązków

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Support the implementation of operational and technology-driven initiatives
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Collaborate with business and project teams to ensure successful project delivery

Nasze wymagania

Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Banking, Financial Services, or Operations
Fluent English (C1 level)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Interest in process optimization, innovation, and AI solutions
