Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and project requirements from key internal and external stakeholders.

Build, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to track key business metrics and project progress.

Utilize advanced Excel capabilities, including VBA and macros, to streamline data processing, financial modeling, and reporting workflows.

Manage project schedules, resource tracking, and baseline monitoring within MS Project.

Prepare comprehensive project status reports and executive summaries for management and project leads.

Facilitate stakeholder communication, manage expectations, and maintain strong cross-functional working relationships.

Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, DAX, and report building.

Expert-level Excel skills, including VBA scripting, macro automation, complex formulas, and data modeling.

Practical knowledge of MS Project for schedule tracking and project reporting.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies, project life cycles, and reporting frameworks.

Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
