Application Manager

You will:

Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle and roadmap for a portfolio of applications connected to the unit's delivery areas

• Directly engage and collaborate with business stakeholders, capturing business needs, prioritizing activities, and reporting on outcomes and services
• Plan and drive functional and technical changes, including installations, solution improvements, integrations, upgrades, patching and software deployment
• Ensure adherence to architecture and security standards, and secure business operation continuity
• Lead small projects and contribute to global projects linked to the application service areaOrder services from and coordinate with external IT suppliers and internal teams, ensuring delivery on agreed outcomesAct as the key contact point for external providers, managing outsourced services including incident management, support and request fulfilment
• Manage asset, risk and license portfolio and budget related to your application portfolio, taking full ownership of related contracts
• You bring:

Experience in IT service delivery or a similar function

• Good general technical experience in desktop/server/network administration, as well as software packaging and deployment
• Proven track record in IT operation coordination, test management, project and change management in an outsourced environment
• Experience with ITIL processes, asset and license management, cost management and service modeling
• Highly customer-minded, structured and organized, with excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, defining targets and prioritizing tasks in a demanding environment
• Team player, proactive and highly committed
