AI Video Creator

About the roleWe are looking for a Mid-level AI Video Creator / AI Filmmaker who knows how to turn generative AI tools into complete, engaging visual stories.

This role combines hands-on AI production with cinematic thinking. You will create structured AI-generated video content, from shorter dramatic scenes to experimental projects and longer sequences exceeding five minutes.

You will work within an established creative direction while having significant ownership over how ideas and scripts are translated into finished visual content. We are therefore looking for someone who is comfortable working independently rather than waiting for detailed step-by-step instructions.

What you will doCreate AI-generated video scenes, sequences, and complete visual projects.

Turn scripts and creative concepts into structured visual narratives.

Produce both shorter scenes and longer AI-driven video projects.

Combine AI-generated images, video, voice, sound, and music into coherent content.

Develop pacing, composition, visual continuity, and storytelling based on creative direction.

Take ownership of assigned creative projects from concept to final output.

Experiment with new generative AI tools and production techniques.

Help us improve and streamline our AI content production workflows.

Collaborate with senior creative leads and work according to established production standards.

What we're looking forHands-on experience creating content with generative AI tools.

Strong experience with AI video generation platforms such as Runway, Pika, or similar tools.

Experience with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar solutions.

Experience incorporating AI-generated audio, voice, sound, or music into creative projects.

A portfolio demonstrating finished AI-generated video content.

Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual structure.

Ability to translate a written script into a visual sequence.

Experience delivering complete AI-driven creative projects rather than individual isolated assets.

Ability to work independently and make creative decisions without constant supervision.

Good English skills, particularly for understanding and working with scripts.

Experience collaborating with remote creative teams in English.

Nice to have

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.

Hands-on experience with AI voice, sound, or music tools such as ElevenLabs, Udio, or Suno.

A strong interest in experimenting with newly released AI tools and creative workflows.

Background in film production, advertising, media, video production, or digital content creation.

Experience combining traditional video production skills with generative AI workflows.

Portfolio requirementA relevant portfolio is required.

We would particularly like to see:

Strong personal or commercial projects created with generative AI tools.

At least one 1–5 minute AI-generated video, short film, or experimental project.

An up-to-date portfolio or social media profile showcasing your recent video work.

A short explanation of your individual contribution and responsibilities for the projects you present.
